# The Backend `EnterpriseConnectionCustomAttribute` object

A custom attribute mapping included on a Backend API [EnterpriseConnection](/content/docs/reference/backend/types/backend-enterprise-connection/index.html) response.

## Properties

- **Name**: `key`  
  **Type**: `string`  
  **Description**: The key the custom attribute is stored under.

- **Name**: `multiValued`  
  **Type**: `boolean`  
  **Description**: Whether the custom attribute holds multiple values.

- **Name**: `name`  
  **Type**: `string`  
  **Description**: The display name of the custom attribute.

- **Name**: `scimPath`  
  **Type**: `string`  
  **Description**: The SCIM attribute path the value is read from.

- **Name**: `ssoPath`  
  **Type**: `string`  
  **Description**: The SSO (SAML or OIDC) attribute path the value is read from.
